Are you doing the work or leading the business?
I’ve had a front-row seat to the best and worst leaders across several industries in my award-winning, global professional career. In my own personal journey, I grew from leading successful projects and teams by trial and error, plus some angst, to driving success through team impact, organizational influence, and real business impact. I became the leader people joined companies to work for.
And during that journey, I learned one undisputed fact: more seniority doesn’t make you better — it amplifies who you already are.
Being good your job is not enough to leader for business impact. If you struggle to connect with others, empower your team, and navigate the unspoken rules, your impact is diminishing daily by the shadow you’re casting on colleagues, teams and partners.
Here’s why: What got you here won’t keep you - my friend.
Intentional development is required for intentional growth. The sooner you commit to transforming your power into impact, the sooner you will achieve your goals with confidence, authenticity and the influence you need.
I BELIEVE…
It’s OK to be imperfect. Instead of aiming for perfection, I hold space for growth and ways to develop your skills. But perfection isn’t required to be great. A growth mindset is.
MY APPROACH
INSIGHT BECOMES ACTION
My approach blends research, experience, insight, and cultural fluency with intentional and direct language to enable clarity, action and consistency.
Known as a “calmfident” activator, I work beneath surface level leadership development to spark individual and organizational transformation through self-discovery, awareness, accountability, and capability. I work with each whole person and the systems they exist within for a human-centered and results-oriented experience.
