Clarity and Momentum
for Professionals Navigating Layoffs
A weekly 60-minute virtual clarity lab where professionals in transition
regain direction, exchange ideas, and leave with concrete next steps.
Why Monday Meetup?
Layoffs aren’t just about losing a job — it’s about losing daily conversations, hallway thinking, and the “does this make sense?” moments. On Mondays after a layoff, professionals and high performers struggle most.
The Monday Meetup is designed to counter that feeling with connection, focus, and momentum to reset your week.
This is not networking.
This is not group therapy.
This is structured thinking space.
You can expect:
Connection: Engage with professionals who can relate without judgment
Clarity: Exchange ideas and practical strategies for navigating layoffs
Momentum: Leave each session with at least one actionable step to move forward
This isn’t just venting, doom scrolling, or performative networking. It’s a high-value, solution-oriented space for professionals seeking clarity, connection, and momentum.
WHAT WE DO | March 4-Week Roadmap
Each month we explore four themes designed to help professionals in transition regain direction, build momentum, strengthen confidence, and explore new options.
Week 1 – Regaining Direction: Identify noise in transition and select a first actionable direction
Week 2 – Prioritizing Momentum: Focus energy, prioritize actions and avoid burnout or drift
Week 3 – Strengthening Confidence: Restore self-belief and reframe setbacks
Week 4 – Expanding Options: Explore new approaches and opportunities, learn how to reset
“I attended the first one and truly found that connecting with others on the same journey was so helpful. We were able to share what we learned, commiserate (but not get mired in it), and support each other in next steps forward. I look forward to the future Monday Meetups.”
